Lean Startup Machine

Sparkhub in partnership with Code-Army (Malaysia) brought Lean Startup Machine to Maldives.

SparkHub got the license for conducting Lean Startup Machine in Maldives through Code-Army (Malaysia) who holds the regional license for conducting the world’s leading startup workshop to be introduced in Maldives.

SparkHub partnered with Dhiraagu to organise the workshop, which is an intensive three-day workshop, which teaches Lean  methodologies and hands-on applications to product, customer, and business model development. Considered as the world’s leading startup workshop, Lean Startup Machine takes place in over 150 cities around the world.

By teaching the Lean methodologies, the programme covers a rigorous curriculum for startups emphasising the importance of validating ideas before they are built. Lean Startup Machine teaches how to build something customers want and run the right experiments to steer startups in the right direction.

Many startups start to build the product before their ideas are validated based on the assumption that people would want to buy their idea or product. However, there are important steps to be followed even before an idea may be pitched. The participants of Lean Startup Machine got to test multiple business concepts, identify which one has the most potential and will be equipped with a valuable framework of tools, techniques and resources designed to help early stage startups learn the right steps, the process of identifying and acquiring customers towards building a sustainable business before the actual building starts.

The three-day full workshop of Lean Startup Machine took place from 19th to 21st April 2019 and was facilitated by Code Army, the Regional Partners of Lean Startup Machine along with Dhanish Athif, a seasoned lean facilitator.
